Becoming a Doula is something that naturally fell into my life as I have always enjoyed working with prenatal massage clients. It is such a special and sacred space to be invited into and I feel honored to be able to serve families in this way. My role as a doula (which means servant) is to be as supportive as possible during the process of pregnancy, labor and birth through education, emotional support, art, massage, and anything else I can help with along the way. My intention is to bring nurturing presence into this transformative journey for growing families while holding space for this time to be all that you hope for and more.
Pre-natal + Labor Massage (without doula package)

- One pre-natal massage
- On call 2 weeks prior and post due date
- Labor massage for as long as needed.
- Sliding scale available upon request
Doula Package
- $1000
- Assistance with a birth plan
- Art project (Belly Cast or Vision Board or Belly Henna)
- One pre-natal massage
- One post-natal massage
- One massage for partner
- Labor massage
- Emotional and Educational support
- On call two weeks prior to and post due date
